Working collaboratively with your team, community partners and the ERT Site Manager, you will ensure that comfort and care are provided to those who have experienced an emergency event.
You will help your team set up a welcoming environment for clients and organize the delivery of one or multiple services such as emergency shelter, emergency food and emergency clothing.
You will provide your team with feedback, coaching and support to deliver caring and comforting services.
You will work within your community and you ideally are be available to help in other communities periodically throughout the year.
